Need to find good search engine on Genealogy?

I’m doing some research into my family tree, having hard time searching for information.

LDS.org
CastleGarden.org
EllisIsland.org
FamilySearch
HeritageQuest.com

Try Googling the family name and if you don’t have a library card, get one because most (US) libraries have an online link to their Electronic Reference section and you can find some of the US Census there and some libraries have online access to HeritageQuest.com and if you go into the library branch, you can even access parts of Ancestry.com for free.
